
Cisco & the Sun: General Management
Brief:
Working directly with the founder of this young, yet growing ceramics and homewares label, I was brought in as General Manager to support international expansion.
Deliverables:
Establish new production lines, systems and processes to supply new international trade contracts and equally develop sales channels to create and fulfil consumer demand.
Outcomes:
Product: Set-up of production lines in Cambodia and Indonesia, including sourcing suppliers, developing products, establishing pricing, managing logistics, complying with legislation and creating systems and processes to fulfil international orders for both B2B and B2C customers.
E-commerce: Design, build and launch of a new e-commerce platform with over 60 new product lines and multiple plug-ins, including setting up of CRM, inventory and production management tool Tradegecko.
Sales: New trade deals with retailers and distribution agents in South East Asia, Australia and Europe, including a successful show at Maison Objet in Paris.
