The Slow Store: Lifestyle Brand Launch
Brief:
Working directly with the founders of Bali’s leading design venue, The Slow, I was brought in as General Manager to set-up and grow the retail counter-part to their already successful hospitality brand.
Deliverables:
To collaborate with international artists and makers to create a series of fashion, art and homewares products that are representative of The Slow brand, and to market and sell such items through both online and offline channels.
Outcomes:
Product: Set-up of production lines in Cambodia and Indonesia, including sourcing suppliers, developing products, establishing pricing, managing logistics, complying with legislation and creating systems and processes to fulfil international orders for both B2B and B2C customers.
E-commerce: Design, build and launch of a new e-commerce platform with over 250 new product lines and multiple plug-ins.
